TOTAL started its journey in 1996 and has always adopted professionalism as a model to act, because we believe that our main delivery has never been just parking vehicles; quite the opposite, our work also involves ensuring tranquility of customers, generating profitability to our brand and valorization to contracting enterprises.
This serious and expended way to face the market has made all the difference to our operation, so that in a short time, we are already among the major players of the Brazilian industry of parking lots. TOTAL became a reference in the management of garages in bank agencies – our initial focus –, and also acting in commercial condos, colleges, lots and valet parking for events, thatvis, creating a business to make solutions and not only increasing in scale.
Within this context, we arrived in 2005, symbolic moment in our history. During this period, we started to act in the management of parking lots in the retail market. A bold initiative that, in addition to the typical butterflies in the stomach, demanded a series of adjustments in the operation as, for example, adopting unique management techniques. The fact is, once again, we reached the top of the sector and, in a complementary manner, we attracted partnerships with major supermarkets, stores, wholesalers and
shopping malls. A success we attribute to the strength of our work and dedication.
TOTAL operations total 140 parking lots and 40 thousand parking spaces, which host more than 150 thousand vehicles every day.
Out of this total, 18 thousand parking spaces are in retail ventures — 5,400 spots corresponding to 5 malls. Numbers that are more than positive for a company that is part of such a popular and widespread segment.
This story makes us very proud, but also motivated and ready to keep on working, innovating and surprising our customers. Founded in 1996, TOTAL occupies a prominent position in the parking lots sector in Brazil. Initially focused on the management of bank agency garages, the company quickly expanded its business model to other segments and became a reference also in the management of parking lots in commercial condominiums, schools, lots, in addition to valet parking for events.
Always based on high efficiency and innovative services that directly reflect on the profitability of the operation and development of contracting enterprises, since 2005 TOTAL started acting, in a pioneering drive, in the management of parking lots in the retail market.
The development of unique operational techniques led the company to the leadership of the industry, with operations in supermarkets, stores, wholesalers and shopping malls.
Convinced that success in the retail segment results from quality of service to users, TOTAL counts on dedicated and trained teams, constantly investing in training and development of its professionals.
